This was really simple to do, but it works pretty well. I just combined an existing CD case with the cover I designed earlier, doing a little manipulation to make things gel together nicely. It's the kind of effect that gets better the more time you put into it, but I don't do this sort of thing very often (no reason to...and I prefer to work in original design).
