Back when I worked at Cutler Health Center on campus, I used to design posters all the time. This is one of the first I did. It was for a large (3'x5') sign holder, so the file was absolutely enormous. It's not perfect (and there are a number of things I would do differently if I designed it again, of course), but it didn't turn out badly, all things considered. Oh, and for the record, having access to stock photography is rather nice.
