Fallen is the name of the novel I'm currently working on (well...it's kind of on hold now, but I was working on it). I was in the mood to make a cover one day, so I pulled out some photographs to use for reference textures and got to work. The trees and other shadow elements were lifted from photos I took near The Ovens in Acadia National Park. This was made back when I was just starting to work with overlays.
